Hi everyone,Just letting you know that we have our first fundraising event is booked on Monday the 5th February 2024. Come along to the Oakbank Hotel in the Adelaide Hills for dinner and the Oakbank Hotel in return will be donating back $5 from every meal purchased on the night!100 percent of the money raised on the night goes to Cancer Council SA but under our team name for the rally which is of course MUD SWEAT N BEERS! This is a great opportunity to meet the new Publicans of the Oakbank Hotel, Craig and Hayley and try the new chefs meals all while helping a worth while cause in the name of Cancer research. NOTE-Mud Sweat N Beers has to raise $5000 for Cancer Council SA otherwise we will be refused from participating in the actually Rally and will be told to try again another year with better fundraising efforts.We also have to meet requirements on how much has to be raised by a certain date. The consequences of not meeting the targets are "see you later, bye bye! Mud Sweat N Beers has exactly 2 weeks from today to reach the target of $2500. (Nothing like a bit of good old-fashioned pressure)We are hoping our first fundraising event will bring us over the line but we can't do it without the help from YOU!!!Would love to see as many as people possible at the Oakbank Dinner, even if you don't know us, drop in and say HI.Or if you can't make the dinner, please donate anything you can afford and help us and in return you will be helping Cancer Council SA.At the end of the day it's all about supporting the people with Cancer and their families, the people who have had cancer and also the people who might get cancer in the future.I'm sure everyone would agree that this is all for a Great Cause!Trav
